Built From Communication Analysis
Before the final training path is prepared, CW English reviews the company’s needs and employee assessment results. This helps identify where English affects work, which employees need support, how groups should be organised, and what the curriculum should prioritise.
This allows CW English to build training around your team’s real workplace communication needs instead of placing employees into generic English classes.
How Company Training Starts
1. Tell us what your company needs
Submit a short enquiry about your team, goals, and main English communication needs.
2. Complete the Company Intake
If accepted to the next stage, your company completes the detailed Company Intake and provides the participating employee list. CW English then begins an initial training direction based on your company’s needs.
3. Employees complete intake and assessment
Participating employees receive their login and instructions, complete the Employee Intake, and take the CW English Level Assessment. CW English then reviews the evidence to confirm suitable groups and training priorities.
4. Receive the final recommendation and begin
CW English presents the final programme recommendation, including proposed groups, curriculum direction, schedule, costs, and the appropriate payment or FUNDAE route. Once the company approves it, CW English confirms the groups, dates, access, and programme start.
