CW English reviews the company information, employee profiles, assessment results, roles, departments, confidence needs, and workplace communication priorities.

5. Training Direction

CW English confirms the proposed training direction, possible groups, schedule, cost, and payment route.

6. Confirmation

For direct-payment companies, a deposit is required before the detailed group path and curriculum direction are prepared.

For companies using FUNDAE, no deposit is required. The company provides written acceptance and manages FUNDAE internally.
