What Happens After You Enquire
1. Enquiry Review
CW English reviews your company’s goals, team size, communication needs, and practical requirements.
2. Company Intake
If accepted to the next stage, your company completes the detailed Company Intake and provides the participating employee list. CW English then begins an initial training direction based on your company’s needs.
3. Employee Intake and Level Assessment
Participating employees receive their login and instructions, complete the Employee Intake, and take the CW English Level Assessment.
4. Communication Analysis and Grouping
CW English reviews the company information, employee needs, roles, departments, confidence, and assessment results to identify suitable groups and communication priorities.
5. First Full Draft Curriculum / Programme Recommendation
CW English prepares the First Full Draft based on the Communication Analysis, proposed groups and training priorities. It sets out the curriculum direction, delivery format, schedule and costs for company review.
6. Company Review, Approval and Start
Your company reviews the First Full Draft and can request changes before approval.
For direct-payment programmes, the agreed commercial and payment steps are then completed. For FUNDAE programmes, the company provides written acceptance and the required FUNDAE administration.
CW English then verifies the groups, dates, access and class links, issues the approved Final Operational Curriculum, and confirms programme start after the activation checks.
