Complete Your CW English Enrolment
Welcome to the next stage of your CW English enrolment.
This page contains everything you need to continue your enrolment. Please review the programme information, complete the required forms, select your preferred lesson options and complete the Programme Design Deposit.
Once all required information has been received, CW English will begin developing your personalised learning pathway.
01 — Review Your Enrolment Documents
Before continuing, please review the following documents. They explain how your CW English programme operates, your responsibilities, our responsibilities, pricing and payment information, and how your personal information is managed.
Your personalised curriculum and training pathway will be designed after your enrolment has been reviewed and completed. During Programme Design, CW English will analyse your English Level Assessment, Learning Profile, learning goals and other relevant information to create a programme tailored to your needs.
02 — Confirm Your Lesson Schedule
Your acceptance email contains a personalised link to your proposed lesson schedule. Use that link to review and confirm your preferred option.
03 — Register, Complete Your Assessment and Learning Profile
To continue your enrolment, you will need to create your CW English Student Account.
New Students
- Select Register at the top right of this page.
- Create your Student Account using the same name and email address you used in your original enquiry.
- Log in to your Student Dashboard.
- Complete your English Level Assessment.
Returning Students
- Select Login at the top right of this page.
- Access your Student Dashboard.
- Complete your English Level Assessment if you have not already done so.
Important: Your English Level Assessment can only be completed once. Please ensure you have 30–40 minutes available before you begin, as the assessment cannot be restarted or retaken once submitted.
04 — Complete Your Learning Profile
Your Learning Profile helps CW English understand your communication needs, learning goals and priorities before your personalised curriculum is designed.
Please complete the form using the same name and email address used in your original enquiry and Student Account.
*This form is separate from your Student Dashboard and only needs to be completed once.
05 — Final Enrolment Confirmation
Once you have completed the previous enrolment steps, CW English will review your information, including your schedule confirmation, Learning Profile and English Level Assessment.
If everything is complete, we will send you a separate email containing:
- Your personalised Individual Learning Agreement.
- Your secure Programme Design Deposit payment link.
Please review and sign the agreement, then complete the deposit payment using the links provided.
Once both actions have been completed, your enrolment will be confirmed and CW English will begin designing your personalised training programme, curriculum and learning pathway.
Your personalised programme will normally be prepared within 7 days, after which we will confirm your lesson start date and provide access to your learning materials.
